I have been using AustBrokers and I’ve found the whole team great, especially Yvonne Fryatt. I also send my clients to them because they have an exceptional service and good advice.

Don’t deal with these people. They changed our strata insurance without notifying the owners corporation and we found out when we put in a claim. Changed the policy to a junk policy and then they refused to deal with us and told us we had to deal with the strata manger who had created the issues. Mind you they took their commission as did the ex strata manager and we are covered by a policy worth nothing. If you use them you do at your own risk.

It is RARE to find a company with such dedicated and personable staff like this. We have relatively complex insurance needs through running 3 seperate marine based companies with greatly different risk exposures and insurance needs.
