This is the worse insurance ever, if I could give 0 0 star I would. Totally unreliable!! If you need them, don’t count on them. They will make things very hard for you and treat you like you are an idiot. There are very few of them that are polite and helpful. Good luck using their services!!!!

Absolutely disgusting insurance company!

This company will cherry pick independent medical examiner’s which will go in their favour, they will do this even after they clarify if you want the existing IME psychologist which they state I could see.

They instead found someone out if my state who was a different IME and then who claimed I had a multitude of pre existing conditions which meant they could wipe their hands of me and stop any medical bill payments.

Simply, if you can avoide these scumbags, then please do as much as possible.

The government needs to scrap their contract with this grubby company that make victims of workplace accidents feel like they’re the perpetrator.

They helped me out to get my health and confidence back after my injury.

Their support was really helpful and effective the time which I really need it.

I was frustrated because of official process but when it done it was helpful.

Some case managers were nice and helpful and some not.

Some particular case managers would go out of their way to be able to support the patient. However, some would outright reject you.

They should be consistent to everyone.

So many negative reviews…I’m surprised. Irina from Chatswood office is doing a great job – she really takes care of the portfolio and takes time to listen. Definitely very happy with her work. Thank you!

Unprofessional, case managers don’t notify you and drop your pay. When questioned, no reasons offered until other action is threatened.

Customer service team is just as useless at following up on complaints.

Causes more anxiety and stress than the actual incident your claiming for does.

There okay I gess better than cernterlink but they need to work on looking at people as a whole not just there physical injury but also the mental health side of things.

I’m new to this company . I got injured at work and I am being treated like a convict . They are getting other medical professionals who aren’t relative to my injury to assess me and have been trying to come to my doctors appointments. They didn’t even ask for any info from my treating doctor and physio . I have scans to prove my injury so not sure what their plan is . It’s really weird I feel like I’m being harassed . Have no doubt they do not care about you . I’m going to contact my union for support

Been through about 10 case workers. A lot of my problems get pushed aside and there’s been no help when I asked for some support due to mental health concerns. They made a lot of statements regarding helping me find employment but at the end of the day they never delivered. There’s no system in place for if you’re hire while on workers comp and don’t get paid for an extended amount of time. Very unprofessional and non responsive – takes weeks to get responses and then you find they’ve not even addressed the issue you needed fixed in the first place. Would not recommend.

Had 2 shoulder operations so far and they keep rejecting my Request for Domestic help. I live alone with 1 grandchild. So I’ll watch my grass grow to jungle heights then cut it myself!! In these difficult times I got nothing but rejection from EML.

Absolutely usless. I was put through to 5 different people before anyone new what they were doing.

Then after speaking to the last lady. The phone cut off.

Case mangers don’t help you, send approvals late, they really don’t care about you and how your process is going. Try getting in contact with my case manager and he’s never available and doesn’t bother ringing back. Case manager literally rings to say pay is being deducted. EML makes me so angry and discussed because how they treat injured workers, they must get paid well to not show empathy or understanding of what you’re going through.

Stop reading if you are injured worker and start looking for lawyer if you are really injured and have the ability to seek advice from lawyer then do so.i cant comment on case managers as they are just workers like us and they get direction and orders from their managers but I can advise them if you dont like your job look for another job and if you do like your job then do it with your best ability and learn from your managers mistakes and dont let them manipulate you, your worst work related injury will be personality disorder.

The reason I’m giving 5 stars is because I notice they only respond to 5stars and probably only read the 5 stars.

“Immoral and unethical”As shown on 4corners and 7:30 ABC news ,Worst insurance ever no sympathy ,liars just everyone one of them tries to make their bosses happy.the drs are paid high amounts to do their ime report.I have been living this nightmare for quite some time.

They make you fight for support while already fighting to

recover from injury. They play strategic games with

people who have little to no knowledge of how the

system works. They bully injured workers and railroad

doctors and specialists into conforming.

It’s one of the worst experiences I have endured. I have

no stability in my life for myself and my kids. My future

is unclear and I feel I have the weight of the world on

shoulders that cannot carry anymore burden.
