unfortunately we have a guild acerta insurance and we feel we have no other way to express our disappointment and regret in choosing them. as owner builders and doing most of the work ourselves we were lead to believe our insurance could be renewed on similar basis to allow us time to finish our project. now we are informed of an outrageous 70% premium hike. this increase is unjustifiable and a rip-off. so much for deciency and honesty. never again will you see us.

Dont use them, as no one will respond back to you. Pathetic customer service. They dont respond to emails and phone calls.

Have been a client of Guild Insurance for many years and are reassessing this decision for a number of reasons in particular poor customer service – failure to return calls for weeks and weeks. I have been trying to notify them of the death of a co-insured for months (verbally and in writing) and have had to go through process several times but still no luck.
