All the phone numbers have been disconnected. I guess that sorted out the phone problem 🤣

Underfunded organisation never answers phone, keeps calls on hold for 7.5 minutes and then cuts out. Is there an effective ombudsman that checks the self regulated industry?! Brett’s review prior tomthis is accurate. I was given this number automatically by RACV when they told be they couldn’t insure my brand new road registered vehicle.

Called at 8:30am, automated answering machine told me to call back during business hours (8:30am – 5:00pm) then hung up on me. I called back twice up until 9am and the automated message was still on.

Finally got through and after being on hold for an extended time the phone system forces you to leave a message and they will call back, I said I was in Perth so consider the 2 hour time difference.

Next day I get a call at 7.15am which I couldn’t take as I was in a breakfast meeting.

Most unhelpful organisation I’ve contacted, waited for 30 minutes on hold only to be told by some arrogant female that should be in debt collection not customer service that they couldn’t help me. If there was an option for a -5 star rating I would rate it that.
