I was talking to a sales staff over the phone inquiring about life insurance but then I had to answer another call (as I’m at work, I own a business) and I asked the sales staff if I can put him on hold for a moment, I asked him politely 3 times and he did not reply and suddenly hung up the call! I think it’s quite rude and unprofessional. Not my loss though. Imagine if a customer would like to process a Claim? Terrible customer service it’s unbelievable. Now I’ve decided I’ll stick with my current insurance company as they have better customer service.

We haven’t logged a claim yet, so can’t rate them on that. But setting up an account was super easy. We were helped by Barney and he’s one of the best customer service operators I’ve ever dealt with. Friendly, fast and responsive. The whole process in itself to set up a policy was super easy. Would definitely recommend Noble Oak!

Andrew Han is pretty good agent. He was patient following up with me for months, sending through multiple quotes on my requests, as well as walking through the details. He was not pushy and spoke gently, very good experience dealing with him.
