I had an excellent experience with Shantel from customer service. She did her utmost to look into my inquiry, as well as discuss with me my options regarding a previous claim. I feel she was knowledgeable, caring, supportive, and made everything easy, which is so important to me. It’s customer service like this that makes me to intend to be a return customer.

We don’t leave the US without travel insurance from World Nomads! The one time we had to use it was because a snowstorm in Texas grounded all flights and we couldn’t fly to NYC to catch our flight to the Maldives!! This policy saved us thousands of dollars in non-refundable payments we had made for this dream vacation! Now we’re going to Seychelles instead! Now if they would just offer an annual plan we’d be set! We love this company and the customer service is great!! Don’t leave the country without a World Nomads policy!!

Very easy to sign up and purchase travel insurance. Won’t need until March – June 2022 and we hope not to use it. Feel much better knowing we have it considering how Covid could affect our travels.

It was very easy to get world nomad insurance for my trips but I have yet to use it. I am looking forward to traveling at the end of 2022 via Cruise ship if everything works out. I see it is also easy to change dates for the insurance which I truly like.

It was an easy process, although it would have been nice if there were the ability to download a clearer “Proof of Insurance”, which is required for entry to the country I will be visiting. I was a bit confused. I did print out the “Purchase Confirmation”, but the wording could have been a bit better… Other than that, a good experience…

I have , thankfully, never had to use my travel insurance but feel safer knowing I have it! World Nomads has always been easy to purchase online and provides excellent coverage for a good price. My only complaint is that I wish you would have travel insurance for those of us over 70!
