I was injured at work, and have been receiving payments due to my broken bone. Payments are very irregular, despite being told it would take 24 hours to process after release, it instead takes 3 days! The only time I was paid within 24 hours was when they had to pay early due to Thanksgiving and Christmas. Those payments were processed on a Monday, versus my regular payment being processed on a Thursday. Whatever bank that is being used is causing major delays. My payment is now taking 4 days minimum due to MLK bank holiday. This should be getting to me by Friday, my regular payday from work, not Sunday or Monday after that. Why in the world does this take so long at the end of the week versus the beginning?

Let me you straight up, this is the worst insurance agency I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re a business owner, stay away. I’ve never had so many “compliance and audit” reporting needed – ever. We’ve been in business 17 years, used them the last 2-3 for workers comp, and I’ve never had a worst taste in my mouth about an insurance agency.
