So I cancel my insurance 4/15/2022 because I moved out of the State on the 19th they still charge me 138.47 on the 19th scandalous!!

I actually talk with Jackie on getting my refund back she said that they should be refunding my money she said she’d call me in 30 minutes no return call !! We all work hard for are money and for them to just draw money out of your account after you cancel is ridiculous!! I understand there’s a penalty which is 20 dollars I would of paid that! I would not use Aims unless your looking for a crooked car insurance!

Aims Insurance, is definitely the place to go. Rosie at the Bell location, has always been friendly and very understanding. I am not the best customer, my payments are never on time and she still reaches out every month , reminding me and working with me so my license doesn’t get suspended. Honestly I don’t know what I would do without her. Thank you so much for your kindness. Five stars all the way.
