Very friendly and helpful when i have had a problem.

I called with simple questions about a policy. An office secretary Kelli B was extremely rude, nasty and unprofessional.

The founder Mike Hicks killed a boxer puppy by running it over with a boat motor. He actually said o don’t give a damn about your dog as he chopped it up in front of its owners. Sickening, how can you trust a insurance from a man who does something like this!

Mike G Hicks is a GREAT guy. He treats his dog like a King! He is not Mike L Hicks who killed Cletus the dog, for whatever reason, on Martin Lake on July 16, 2018. These are different men. MICHAEL G HICKS IS A FINE MAN! I apologize for the mistake. Thank you, Cindy Wallace

I can attest to the staff being unprofessional, rude and nasty. I called with simple questions and the same Kelly lady barked at me. She must have several bad days. May be time to retire. Either way bad for business. I would not recommend them for anything.

I called a couple weeks ago to get information on a policy for my wife and I when I was surprised with the level of unprofessionalism. The lady who answered was smacking and burping while talking. She could not answer any of our questions and attempted to rush me off the phone. Then when I asked to speak to the manager she hung up. When I spoke to a lady named Jill stating she was an office manager, she was even more unprofessional and the most rude person I’ve ever spoken to. They must no get very much business behaving like this. We definitely will not be using this group. They clearly do not want to be bothered.
