Customer for over 10 years. Helpful staff. Good prices. Had an accident in 2007 – they were awesome – no surprises. I live in Keizer and do business over the phone. No issues. Highly recommend. I choose Amica because of the J.D. Powers awards they received for multiple concurrent years. Was a customer of Farmers Ins. before but they gave me a hard time when I had a theft claim so I decided to cut over. Was a good move.

Horrible customer service and a total lack of communication.

They cancelled my auto policy due to a credit card replacement and called me after it was cancelled. To reinstate my same auto policy it would cost DOUBLE what I was paying. They also gave me a quote for my house and after the inspection they almost doubled that quote.

They also sent me to collections without any notification. Pick any other insurance company!

Had amica for Years with my parents, got the policy for myself eventually. Somehow lapsed on my doing, thinking I was on auto payments. Very little communication, and to reinstate was 2.5 times as much as before. Progressive is half the cost of the initial policy that lapsed. It just seems strange you’d rather lose my money for the rest of my life over something that never cost you anything in the first place! Gladly switching to progressive. Don’t contact me.

I had amica for the last 4 years. They gave me my renewal and it went from around 600 for 6 months to 2,083 for 6 months!! I switched to progressive for way less! Ive thought about switching after i was in a not at fault accident with a uninsured motorist and amica did not handle the situation correctly. This was this was the icing on the cake!

My wife and I have insured our car and house with Amica for many years. Customer service has always been an A. We have never incurred a loss so our rates have stayed very low. We get discounts for longevity and staying loss free. I called today inquiring about a prospective rate for a new high end Volvo car. I was chuckling to myself when the rate was quoted it was so low!!! Amica gave us reduction after reduction for this and that. Fantastic!

Agent Alondra Franco is the most unprofessional agent in the business! I have asked her to cancel policy several times and I have collected correspondence between her and I and she has been straight rude about it! Will never use your service again! Professionalism is lacking. I have cancelled within the first few days and will be livid if I’m charged again and don’t receive a refund soon.

Been with Amica for over 20 years, they have gone from great to terrible. Not just one awful experience but multiple in the last couple years. Going to start shopping for a new insurance company and never coming back. So disappointing.

I’ve been a loyal customer for 25 years. A tree fell on my car while I was driving. Customer service was so poor on “Act of God” and drug on for weeks. They are now trying to total the car. This is not the Amica I’ve worked with in the past.
