Several years back, my father, Command Sgt Major, with 47 years of service for this country, had Armed Force’s Insurance company as his home owners insurance company. My father got very I’ll, so I stopped working, and came home to take care of him. I eventually inherited the house after his passing. The nursing home had failed on 3 separate occasions, causing my father to go to the hospital and be admitted into ICU. 1 for running out of oxygen and 2 times for not giving him his medications properly. They had estimated his life would end in 3-6 months. He lasted a year after I got him home. He went from 15 medications to 5 in that year, eating properly and exercising. Because his health was getting better, I went to do a job doing a remodeling project. My 25 foot box trailer was broken into and $30k+ worth of tools were stolen. Because I was taking care of my father and living back home, I could not afford business insurance and the business was shut down for a year. I was doing this project for a friend when the theft occurred. My auto insurance company was USAA, who informed me that I had $2,500 worth of renter’s insurance, which I had been paying for and didn’t even know that I had renter’s insurance. Armerd Force insurance company denied payment of the $30k+ tools theft. It took them 30 days to even get the police report. The sheriff was concerned and contacted me, wondering why they hadn’t gotten the copy of his police report. I want everyone to know that USAA INSURANCE WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, when ARMEDd Forces Insurance denied the claim USAA PAID ME THE $2,500. ARMED FORCE’S INSURANCE COMPANY WAS HORRIBLE. Be careful dealing with Armed Forces Insurance company. After 20+ years of payments to them, they wouldn’t honor our misfortune.

I wish I could give less than one star. Where do I begin? I was looking for home insurance and was recommended to call them. Do to the age of the house, they asked for the inspection report. The same day they sent back an email denying us coverage due to the suggested repairs that were not critical saying that the entire plumbing and electric were bad. The issues with the plumbing and electric were actually A s-trap under one sink and that we needed two GFCI outlets. Needless to say, they were rude to my wife when she tried to call and ask why we were denied and rude to our agent. The underwriters do not know what they are doing and I will never recommend this place for insurance to anyone.

Eager to assist. Called due to fact we cancelled a policy two months ago and have not received the refund. Problem was policy was cancelled but paperwork never completed. Lady finished the paperwork and will send me document to sign before a check can be issued.

Someone requires more training
