The people there are very friendly very helpful. A very clean, Covid 19 environment. They really know their stuff there. And saved us a lot of money and got us a good insurance plan. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for insurance and a good deal. They really know their stuff.

Left a voicemail for Doug about liability insurance for my single-member video production LLC on Friday, March 15th. It is now March 29th, and I have not heard single thing from Doug at Arndt McBee. Terrible standard but seems to be very common in Martinsburg. Similar issue with Smallwood and Small Insurance! Can no business in Martinsburg return a potential customer’s request!!??
