I got a Progressive insurance through them. These people can’t fix anything over the phone. I wanted to cancel a policy they were forcing me to go all the way to Commerce City to just cancel a policy of a car I no longer own. Not to mention, to take a driver out they forced me to go to the office too. Terrible customer service.
