This is going to be long but worth it! I want to share how much I appreciate Banasky Insurance. We had been with a different company for about 18 years and our agent retired so our account was passed over to Banasky. We had no idea who they were or how things would go with them, we have now been with Banaksy I believe about 2 years and we have been treated with respect and kindness every time we call in for questions or changes. The reason I decided to share today is because I believe that we need to show more kindness and when people help us and do kind things even if it is their job they still deserve recognition. Especially these days!! I would like to say Thank you to Audra & Jen. Every time I work with Jen she has been amazing. She has answered all my million questions & helped get everything we needed set up and rolling and everything has ran smoothly we have never once had an issue with them. I would like to say Thank you to Audra she stepped up and helped me out today when she could have made me wait for someone to become available and I appreciate that I wasn’t passed around, I understand that, that may not always happen that someone else may not be able to help and we have to talk to someone else. But she was so kind and friendly and she took the time to listen and help and I really appreciate her time and for taking care of what I needed. I have to say we are very impressed with the service we have received from Banasky since we became clients and we look forward to the future with them 🙂 Thank you again ladies, keep up the great work!!!
