This was the worst insurance company I have ever used in my 22 years of business.
Represtatives from this company either purposely misled me or misinformed me regarding a business insurance policy. In the end, it cost my company over $1400. I had zero interest in continuing the policy, the following year I was being billed for late fees (for a policy I neither wanted or asked for) I told would be removed after I made clear I would never do business with them again. Yet, I am still getting billed periodically. This company is full of scam artists!
On June 4, 2020 I filed a claim with the contractor`s insurance company BIIA for the damage that the contractor caused to my property.BIIA gave me a claim # BGL20014418001BIIA. I talked with Jason Pierce the claim representative of BIIA and asked that he sends an adjuster to assess the damage, but he declined. I sent around 25 emails of updates and requests to BIIA and still no resolution or response. On August 26, 2020 I asked BIIA for an Arbitration. It has been 47 days with no response from BIIA. On October 10, 2020 more than 4 months of filing my claim I had to write to the President of the company asking for his “help” .He then informed that I do not have a real claim and that there is no arbitration for me. BIIA has failed to adjudicate and finalize my claim , the promises made were not kept by the employees of the company , their regard for customer service is a disaster …BEWARE
Got 2 audits. Responded with everything they asked for which would show $0 balance. They still sent a $20k bill. Do Not Use this company! The staff is extremely hard to work with. Unprofessional to say the least. Prepare for a cat fight between women egos.
