Small but nice. The folks there are truely helpful to the customer.
I called this place on 4-5-19 requesting a quote for Homeowners Insurance as I am in the process of Purchasing a Home, I was told that Tony would go by and look at the house and I would have a quote on 4-8-19 well at 3pm this day I called and asked about the Quote and was told again that Tony was busy and was going to look at the house, well today is 4-10-19 so I called again today to ask about the quote and was told by Nancy that Tony was out of the office today, I asked if anyone had been to my house Nancy stated no, I then stated I will look elsewhere, Nancy stated OK, This is not Customer Service and Nancy is not very Polite to speak with. Say no to this place.
We have used Borema-Hamm for at least the last ten years for a home, cottage, umbrella, boat and auto; and have found their customer service to be top-notch. Many years ago we had a claim for damage to our pontoon and it was handled promptly and professionally. We haven’t had a claim in the last ten years (fortunately) but assume it would go well.
