I left this agency because they are only out for your payment. My agent in Connecticut needed his help for a problem with switching my umbrella policy. My CT agent had to call tree times and 5 emails before anyone contacted him and then they blew him off and said they couldn’t help. My C T agent contacted the Rose Allstate and they couldn’t have been more help. I switched my cars and umbrella to the Rose Allstate office.

Expensive rates, the staff sounds like they feel bothered whenever you call them to ask questions, the rates are hiked every six months even if you are a safe driver and they won’t let you change your policy to basic coverage unless you’ve been with them for 2 plus years. If you have the chance, choose State Farm. Better service, more online options and better rates.

As I was shopping rates which I do once in a blue moon. I was pleasantly surprised to reduce my insurance cost (same coverage for my MC, Autos (2) and Home Owners).

Being a retired veteran when I had previously compared rates I stayed with my former Company. This time, it was time to switch!

I couldn’t believe how much (difference) I was quoted so I started the process…

The agent working for this insurance agency got me the best rate I could get and I did have about 4-5 agents from other agencies giving me quotes. I not only got a good rate from them, but the following year, my rates went down- probably because we don’t abuse the system and put in false claims. Also where we live is not in a flood zoned area nor is it too close to the beaches… all things to consider when purchasing a home!

I regularly shop around to try to find better deals, but no other insurance company come close to Allstate affordability. Other companies wanted to charge me $200 more for the same six months policy.

I had a very bad experience, first they gave me a great price! I told them about the accident I had, and they told me no problem let’s continue with the same rate, then suddenly and without notification they rise the price, I called and then because I need to know why they do that.. I request to talk with a manager Nathalydelluniversita, who apologized several times and promise me to check everything, then after several days waiting I called and she was different very Rude and telling me that wasn’t her fault that was somebody else fault and that she fired him and blablablabla…..Then suddenly told me I must look for another insurance company 😱, even if it wasn’t my fault, it was somebody else fault but I am the one who have to leave🤦🏻‍♀️? So BE CAREFUL WITH THIS TYPE OF INSURANCE!

it supposed they have to give a money back but now I receive a letter telling me I have to pay them $120 dollars extra?

Milena Ramos sent us an inacurrate contract for Home Owners Insurance policy which we refused to sign. We were told to sign it and they would change it later…..we said no. They started the policy without our signature!

I have been with Bravo with my home insurance for years. I also had my cars insured by Bravo for years. I only changed my car Insurance in the last 2 years for some very personal reasons.
