I heard many stories of the complexity of signing up for Medicare but Kate at the Breitenfeldt Group made it completely painless. She walked me through the process, help me select a supplement plan and handled everything. In addition they will review my plan annually to ensure that I am properly covered. I only wish everything in life was this easy!
These people are not my people. My initial contact was with one person who was totally competent and spent a great deal of time educating me, providing me with options, and making recommendations regarding Medicare Supplements, drug plans, and other health-type insurance. But she was not assigned to me. Instead, when renewal time arrived, someone from the bull pen who did not know me or my plans, my objectives, or anything about my needs, responded to my renewal questionnaire. And the next conversation was with someone else. This bull pen model meant that I had to spend my time during each call educating the sales people about me. It was particularly disconcerting to learn that recommendations to me varied from sales person to sales person and that the premium quotations were inconsistent. I left Brietenfeldt and will never go back. I want to hire a professional sales agent who knows me, knows the products, and makes recommendations. I want the same person to provide service for years. This will never happen at Breitenfeldt.
I had a great experience when initially signing up for a Medicare plan with Breitenfeldt group. I just wanted to say that I am also happy with the communication and updates after I enrolled. It’s nice to know I have an organization to work with throughout the year.
