Brotherhood has many church clients. They take care of them but have issues with timely responses.

We have been with Brotherhood over 9 years. If you have an issue and you can’t afford it but are trying to raise the funds for it, they will drop you quickly. They do not work well with churches that are struggling. Of course COVID-19 (2020) was a rough year for many but Brotherhood gave no wiggle room to replace any issues regarding our roofing at our church. They basically said we know you want have the roof done by this date so go ahead and consider the policy canceled on that date. Unprofessional. No graceful. Not Christlike.
