2019 – Commercial Contractor here – I’ve hired/fired my insurance broker/company EVERY YEAR since I started this company. Right up until I met Kelsey Newman with Brown & Brown Insurance of Arizona. She’s Johnny on the spot EVERY time we need her. She’s turned one of the most stressful and fearful parts of contracting into something I can ALMOST ignore.

Update 2021 – Jesse Branes-Coults is one of the best pro-active insurance agents I’ve ever encountered, and she’s dealt with difficult conversations/escalations, and an increasingly complicated portfolio of insurance needs seamlessly and without us needing to ask her (she handles things on time before they expire/become issues).
