If you happen to get into a car accident with someone who has coverage with this company & it’s THEIR FAULT don’t expect to have ANY results for AT LEAST 1 1/2 weeks & you can’t speak with anyone on the weekends/after 5pm Mon-Thurs & after 2pm on Fridays!!! MY insurance company had everything sorted out within 36 hours this time & any other time I had to file a claim or had a problem. I have NO IDEA what they are like with other area’s of coverage but I can’t imagine it’s any different.

Never under any circumstance use this company for your workman’s comp or general liability needs. I’ve been waiting on a refund for 3 months due to overpayment. Every time you speak with them nothing but excuses. I filed a complaint today with the insurance commission . I’m very thankful I never had to file a claim with them because I’m sure it would have been a huge pack of lies.

We have a new workers comp policy with Builders Mutual. I’m only one month in and don’t know how we’ll make it through the year. I can’t even reach customer service because they’re in a “meeting to improve our service”. Was told I’d get a call back within 24 hours while I’m in the middle of trying to pay my bill by self-entering payroll only to learn that nothing I’ve entered can be saved and I will have to enter it all again when/if I get a call back from customer service. Our COIs have had to be revised as many as 5 times for some of our general contractors. Very poor service.
