I worked with Brandy in the Severna Park Nationwide insurance company office going over the policies I have in place for 2022. I had questions about an increase in my home insurance policy. She knew all about the increase and proceeded to ask me questions about any upgrades etc I had made to my home over the past year. She also reviewed the value replacement for my home and based on these two changes she was able to reduce my policy by $194.
