Cathy Moreno and Gabriella go above and beyond for the clients. I can not say how amazingly accommodating they are! Cathy’s years of experience ensure things are done the right way. I entrust cathy, gaby and shawna to escrow/title whenever possible. Keep up the excellent work.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. My house should have closed on June 19th, they were given authorization to pay any liens on the property of which I did not know I had. The date has been pushed to June 26th and I have not heard one word from these folks. I am in the middle of double mastectomy procedures, the people buying the home are living in a hotel and they just don’t care. Never would I recommend this title company to my worst enemy. It’s very sad that you have left a family homeless because not even you VP can handle the situation. People lives are flapping in the wind man! FIX THIS!!!

Hands down the worst title experience I’ve ever had, which almost resulted in a botched deal. Not to mention losing a few thousand dollars due to incompetence. Title had the audacity to send a settlement statement to the seller completely wrong numbers. Then they tried to blame it on me. Thank goodness I do deals the right way and my relationships with my sellers are solid. There is so much more to this story but for sake of privacy I have to leave it at that.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TITLE COMPANY…….Poor customer interactions. I requested a close, record and day to fund. When they received the funds, it was after 2:00pm, so they would not wire me my loan proceeds. They did not notify me either. I called them and asked them where my money was and was told that I would not get it until Monday. If they would of been truthful with me up front, I would of hired a different Title Company who works after 2:00pm. I guess when it’s not your money you don’t seem to care if your client has to pay 3 days of interest for no good reason except that your lazy and don’t care.

A big thank you and huge shout out to Lalena! We’ve used her many times in the past and recently had a huge project for her – because we didn’t trust anyone else to get it done – everything was seamless. She’s our go-to title girl. That girl works hard, long after hours and deserves a pay raise. If I had a title agency, I’d be scouting her 😉

Cathy Moreno was Awesome! Purchased a home owned by by 6 couples, 12 people to sign! What a nightmare. Thanks to Cathy, no shadyness from the sellers. Without her, the broker, my realtor, it would not have happened. Thanks to her professionalism, after the sellers repeated ball drops, and three, yes three signings later, she and the realtor got it done! Cathy Moreno is awesome and I highly recommend her!

I have worked with a lot of Title Companies and this by far was the worst experience I have ever had. We had the displeasure of working with Cathy Moreno, who is also the branch manager. She wasn’t even able to record us correctly as joint owners with the city. She was disorganized, unprofessional, inexperienced (or seemed to be based on how long it took her and how many problems she had). I would only use this company if your want to be extremely frustrated, disappointed, and want to throw money away not closing on the day you are supposed to. They send all of their documents in at the end of the day so don’t rush over to sign. Nothing happens until 4/5pm. Avoid this location at all costs.

Dana Catt at Chicago Title Company is a fraud!! Don’t trust her if you are married!! In April 2009 my husband and I bought a beautiful house together, so I thought!! At 8 months pregnant, while signing all the documents for the purchase of our new home, one document stood out, I asked what it was, and what it meant. She did NOT explain the ENTIRE document I was signing. Only one line of it, and then she laughed. So I signed it. I didn’t know that I had just signed over the ENTIRE HOUSE, PROPERTY to my husband. It was my first house purchase, so I had no idea what I was doing. I thought people at Title Agency were supposed to be trustworthy?? Boy, was I WRONG!! I will NEVER TRUST ANYONE EVER AGAIN!!
