No insurance company is perfect but I’ve been much happier with ConnectiCare than with any other health insurer I’ve had. They offer free health education, yoga, diabetes and hearth health classes at their Buckland St, Manchester facility just off the exit ramp.

This is the worst company ever. We have been dealing with a billing problem for about 6 months. They have our money and yet we keep getting told by our doctors and pharmacy that we don’t have coverage. And every time we call about it there has been a s case number for the biong department and yet the problem continues. They keep taking our money yet won’t activate the policy. All due to their computer systems. On top of it all, the people that are supposed to be helping us are nasty and refuse to answer the questions we ask. Do NOT go with them unless you like fighting.

This is the absolute worst insurance company I have ever encountered. It feels like every single month there is an issue picking up my medicine. Shut off when it’s paid up to date, put on hold but no one can tell you why, then randomly they claim that months ago there was a missing payment, but the months after that were paid. Like, how does that even make sense? How can you miss a month and pay the next month, then this “missing” month not show up on any future bills? Super fishy. The coverage for what we pay is absolute garbage as well. Between the tax credit and what we pay (for my husband and myself, mind you), is almost 1,000 a month. All that money and they don’t even cover blood work that should be considered preventative. Absolute joke! Do not even entertain using them for your insurance company. Please! Go elsewhere. Just a constant headache, every single month! Terrible!
