I entered the insurance business in 1984, starting out as a health and life agent. Later I expanded to business insurance and eventually started selling Crop Insurance in 2002. I was raised on a family farm in Dagsboro, so that helps me understand how to be successful in agriculture. I have been active in my community serving in the local Lions Club, Little League as coach, grounds keeper, sponsor, advertising and umpire, as well as in the Boy Scouts.
