This is review about the fucked up Actuarial Department.

My direct manager was Benjamine Singhurst, inefficient, inarticulate, insecure, and ultimately incompetent.

His manager, Lori Moore, an old bitch in her menopause phase, loves bullying or belittling people around her to boost her pathetic ego.

As soon as I passed one actuarial exam, things started to go south, because it took Singhurst 9 years to get his ACAS, while for me, it’s only going to take 1 more year.

Lying + picking favorites + 0 guidance (Singhurst), shouting (Moore).

I was done with the toxic management.

Hope them rot in hell.

Toxic managers: favorites, lying, unclear expectations, bullying.

Can you give zero stars or negative stars. First thing to remember is the company you work for pays the premiums, not the worker. So they could care less about the worker. They will tell you one thing and do another. If it is in their best interest

I was hurt in an at work accident. Resulting in 9 broke ribs and a sterno clavicle dislocation. I have had nothing but a hard time in being paid my benefit amount. On top of being shorted in weekly benefits by 200.00$ a week I never have received a regular check. They send it 2-3 weeks late all the time and act like they are the victim. This insurance company will not take care of you or your employees in the event you file a claim. I suggest paying someone else more money to insure you!! Completely unprofessional all the way around!

Incorrect classification – they keep listing our admin staff as trash collectors. I wrote them to reclassify and I got an arbitrary increase of over 300% in cost with no accidents and no claims in years. Nobody to answer calls.
