Having a local broker to speak with worth the price. No to mention Yates frequently gets me better rates than comparing and searching online for a cheaper rate (usually crappier coverage). I have been with Yates for over 10 years now and couldn’t be happier. From making policy changes simple, and continuously checking for a better rates the staff is always helpful. I frequently call and make changes to my policy and they are always helpful, and most important quicker than dealing directly with the companies.
