my husband broke down near Plymouth – they drove him ten miles to salts and left him there – said they can’t get another driver. the driver made him sit in the car which was bouncing all over the place whilst he had his kid in the front at midnight ! I don’t think it is even legal – terrible service
Beware of automated renewal payments
Took out breakdown cover and following year when I realised they had taken payment again I contacted them within 4 wks explaining I only realised by seeing bank statement they had taken the money they refused to give me any refund so kept a whole years premium for a policy which ran less then 4 weeks . Disgusting service
Eversure Cycle Claim 6466359 submitted on 11th of January and still with no clear answer. This company pass the responsibility of your claim onto a different company and basically you have to handle yourself the claim, they are not reliable, still there is no solution to my claim and my policy states Eversure, no SBS or Collinsons. Go for different option, at the moment of claim they are not responsive!
I got my car stuck on a raised curb (stupidly) but called Eversure as I had gold cover (£38 a year)… they got a huge great big truck out and pulled it off causing no damage to the undercarriage of my car. Then that was that, no hidden fees or hassle at all. Really friendly on the phone.
With regards to auto renewals that others have complained about, you get multiple reminders by text and email before they even attempt it, like ALL insurance companies…
Got free cover with my new car but will certainly use them again if needed in the future
