F. A. Peabody Insurance is a privately held, family corporation with roots dating back to 1927 in the town of Houlton, Maine. Frank Allen Peabody started the business as a property casualty insurance agency, but in recent years it has expanded to include the sale of life, health and group benefits, third party administration, and broadband internet services.

Formerly known as F.A. Peabody Company, our agency has been transitioning to the name F.A. Peabody Insurance to better clarify our services in today’s information-driven world. Our culture and business outlook are genuinely depicted in our mission statement. Although written for the insurance division specifically, these creeds apply equally to all subsidiary operations.
