When I initially signed up with them, we spoke about renters insurance and I assumed it was added,later I found out it wasnt. Then I found out I was paying an outrageous amount so I called and canceled. Spoke with someone who said okay we will get it canceled for you. I was in the process of switching bank accounts and had a limited amount of funds left in it, they took their money anyway. Called to tell them that it needed to be refunded and then was told I was emailed a cancelation form and after an email search I determined that to Bea lie. The asked them to refund the money they shouldn’t have taken to the account but they sent a check which then resulted in overdraft charges due to limited funds in the account. Called again to ask them to refund to the account as they said they would,was told they would check on it, that was over a mth ago and noone called back. I’ve since paid they overdraft charges they caused. I don’t recommend as they obviously are not organized enough for their customers.
