We’ve been long time customers of Georgetown Insurance (15+ years). When it came time to move to another state, Susan at Georgetown Insurance went above and beyond to help, explain and get us answers needed to make the transition easy and quick. One would think that when you move out of state companies don’t really care about you anymore. This is not the case with Georgetown Insurance. As we have known thru the years we’ve been customers, Susan has been fantastic to work with. Always knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend Georgetown Insurance.
I am happy to have Georgetown as my insurance agent.I had a problem with one of my policies, where my payment due to the slow postal service, at the time, caused my payment to be late. I was charged a late feel and any credits I had on the policy were removed. I contacted Georgetown and told them my story. They told me they would contact the company on my behalf. They got back to me and said they did contact the company and my late fee was removed and my policy benefits were reinstated. I really appreciated what Georgetown did for me.
I spoke with Susan about insuring our travel trailer. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to help us. Their customer service was so refreshing after switching from Geico.

You find out how good having an insurance agent is when you actually have an insured loss. That happened to me with my ’68 Cadillac Eldorado this past Oct. I got rear ended going to a cruise night. I was about 1000′ from the place. Luckily there were no injuries. After dealing with swapping info with the other party I called Georgetown to find out what procedure was since I was relatively new to them and Hagerty insurance. They were concerned about myself and my wife. Once I assured them we were fine they gave me the info I needed to file my claim the next morning. They were very proffesional with this situation just as much as they were when I came to them as a,new client last May and when I added another car in June. They took the time needed each time to get me through each situation. I would highly recommend them for your insurance needs!
