I had an incident involving an animal of a policy holder of this company. My experience was top notch and my adjuster Kevin was very professional and quick in bringing my claim to a resolution. I had read several negative reviews about this company, so I decided that I would take the time to post my positive experience. They were professional and expedient in taking care of my truck. My experience with this company has been absolutely awful. A semi ran a red light on the highway and the driver of the semi was insured by this company. From the very start the adjuster that contacted me was rude, telling me that I needed to have my sons car moved out of the tow yard as they would not be paying for the cost to have it sit there. It has been 8 months since the accident occurred and still no settlement. As far as timely response and resolution of the matter I would score a zero, customer service a zero, professional manner of handling the situation also a zero.
