Called this agency to get my policy information that was never mailed to me and the receptionist was very rude to the person helping me out and hung up the phone.

Please do not purchase insurance from this agency. VERY unprofessional staff. I will def. be cancelling my policy and taking my business elsewhere.

All I can say is, turn around go else where. The owner Doug is great (reason for the one star) but his workers. Please, they do nothing, never submit paperwork, never email documents that need to be taken care of, nothing!! They kept a car on my policy for a year that was junked. I called and I signed paperwork for them showing it was gone. Still charged me, I called, left messages, emailed and even went there. All I got was we will look into further. No response. Asked to talk to owner multiple times. Either he was away or not in office. I canceled ins. They never informed insurance company that I had, even though I found a new company to use, I was charged a renewal fee, that now I’m left waiting on a refund for. Was told I needed to sign cancelation form on 7/23/21 and it would be emailed to me. (Form I still didn’t get form as of 8/08/21. Got on 8/10/2021 only after I email and requested it, again. 16 days after canceling it took to get form) I called on 8/6 looking for form and was told that I didn’t need to sign form for refund. That company would refund in 2-3 days. Then on 8/10/21 was told I need to sign form for refund. I had to email company and again ask for from and ask where my refund was, only got shouty letters and an attitude to boot. All this is not my fault, should have your job. They are ridiculous. The staff are lazy and incompetent. Maybe Doug might want to think of re-staffing his company.
