Haulers Insurance was established in 1986 as a regional property and casualty insurance company, offering a broad array of personal and commercial automobile products and services. Our operations have spread beyond Tennessee to include Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Missouri, South Carolina, and Virginia. I have been with this company for about 6 yrs.Mr Bobby Taylor has always helped me whenever I needed help.He has retired now.The new crew are great .if they make a mistake they will fix it right away,and if you have any questions they can and will help you ..if you call them there is usually no wait Time..I give them five stars 🤗 ..

Long time customer, I recently backed in to a tree and did a considerable amount of damage to my GMC Sierra pickup. I looked online, found a body shop with great reviews, I gave the adjuster’s contact info to the body shop and they sent in an estimate and it was approved a day or two later. Hauler’s paid the claim without any issues and one week to the day I got my truck back, the paint color matches up great and the repair looks fantastic.

I’ve been with Haulers Insurance for Years.My Agent is Cook Insurance Group Hixson Tennessee .Best Company I’ve ever had This year I upped my coverage to a million dollars liability. My rate barely changed. Let’s face it people.Cars are expensive &

You have no grace period and for that reason alone your insurance would b canceled if not paid on the date it says on tor policy and a new policy is to b taking out… this company is not I mean NOT understanding for no one but to pay the insurance on time like people doNT have unexpected emergency come up in might need that money but like they think oh well they first and nothing else REALLY matters what do you’ll think … reply under message

They agreed to cover me knowing my son had an accident and wasn’t on my policy driving my vehicle, My agent reminded them of the no. Insured accident and that it was this company and they had cancelled me , They said they would still cover me I just wouldn’t be a “premium” member, I sent my down payment in on the 6 th. Signed all the paperwork and on the the 9 the was mailed a letter stating my insurance is being cancelled due to the exact same reason my agent reminded them of and they happily agreed to cover me anyways, So a little over two weeks and I have no insurance an have to come up with another deposit for a different company

I was in an accident on March 11th 2022. My car malfunctioned and everything from steering to accelerator locked up. I was taken for a joyride until I crashed. I filled a claim on March 12th 2022 and was ghosted. I have not gotten any updates on my claim. The number I am instructed to call is never answered. Once it was answered a month and a half later I found out that an evaluation had not been done. The only good thing is that I was able to get the check to pay my medical bills. I appreciated that because I got a letter that the physician I saw did not have the information to submit their claim to hauler’s. The onus for that is the hospital.

The price is the best part. Someone I knew accidentally hit my car. I call in the claim. No one comes to check my car and discuss what could happen. The officer had already taken pictures. It is up to me to find a body shop in order to get my car fixed. It is up to me to make sure lots more pictures get taken. I have to pay the money up front to get estimates to have my car fixed. BTW body shops are backed up for months. Also because my car is drivable no rental car. I have been with them 3 yrs. It is more beneficial to let the guy who hit me physically fix my car his self than wait on my insurance company to help me. And because I financed my car through a loan company if they wrote a check to me to fix my car I was told they would make the check a 2 party check. It would be in my name and my loan company’s name.
