This agency has never given me a “personal touch” experience. Most recently I visited to cancel both my auto and homeowners policies. No one bothered to ask me why, or to sit down and see if they can make things right. They have never seemed to have my back. It’s strange because as I was leaving, two other customers were there to cancel their insurance, also. I cannot recommend this agency.
