Almost two months ago I called about my claim and was told by my field adjuster, who was very rude to me, that he had the settlement letter and that I should receive it and the payment in 7-10 days. I never received anything. A month later got an email saying the same thing and still never received anything. This is a February claim and it’s almost May. They also don’t respond to any emails you send them. I am done with this company and I am in the process of getting a lawyer for their bad faith practices.

i hate leaving bad reviews but sometimes its necessary, mom and dad are both elderly, house was damaged badly, been 3 mos and not a answer from anyone, 3rd party adjusters are totally unprofessional and dont know what the heck they are doing, how these guys are allowed to do business is incredible to me…no compassion for humanity, nor people elderly people who are begging for some kind of answer, unless you have all day to stay on the phone, there is no proactive people to actually care about you and understand what you are going through, much less to keep things simple. never had a terrible experience like this

I filed a claim over 4 weeks ago. I have never heard form the adjuster other than her initial call to tell me she had my claim. Since that time I have never gotten a return phone call, a return e-mail, or an type of resolution. I managed to get in touch with customer service who told me another 7-10 days, 14 days ago. I will not be staying with this company. They are completely useless.

This is one of the worse insurance company I have ever come across. This incident happen in early January, it’s now April, and I’m still waiting for them to finish handling my insurance claim. I could never speak directly with my claims representative Ms Charla Dailey as my calls goes to her voicemail and she never respond to said calls. As for email, at first I was getting prerecorded response that they were on vacation now they just plain ignore them and don’t respond. There really should be a way to hold these insurance company accountable for their employees.

I am usually not one to write bad reviews however I have to let every know about this company. I filed a claim on February 18th due to my house being flooded from the Texas winter storm . I’ve has an adjuster come out as well as a water mitigation company start working on my house which they claimed the house was not livable. It is now May 24th and we are still out of our house and have not received checks toward the $32,000 bill to fix the house. When i call this company i get transferred and hung up on. I left multiple emails for several managers and still no call back

Why use this company for your insurance needs. Filed 3 claims over 6 weeks ago. Can not get anyone with firm to return my multiple calls. Each time I call, if I reach anyone, I get a different person. Still don’t have any money from IAT to repair the covered claims. Can’t even give them one star. Did not know an insurance adjuster could be so rude to a client. How they stay in business I do not know.

I’ve spoken to some good people who probably do the best they can at their job most notably David Clark who was very pleasant, however the company itself is not very good. They issue checks via snail mail and take a whopping 3 weeks to arrive if your lucky. This is the 21st century everyone uses direct deposit. My initial claim was made on 6/15/21 and I have not received a single red cent.
