When I first met with John, the owner, he made me feel so at ease! He was interested in me and who I was and what I liked in my everyday life. After talking about family and other personal things John took me through all my options. It was so thorough and easy to understand. He never pressed me for an immediate answer and gave me time to think about everything.

I agreed on a package and the process was done quickly, professionally and everyone was very responsive. All my questions were answered and there was never any doubt about anything! John called me personally to follow up to make sure I was satisfied. You just don’t receive excellent service like that anymore.
