We switched our business insurance to Kaplansky Insurance and couldn’t be happier. I received a quote for our business auto policy of $50,200.00 from our previous agency. I was referred to Kaplansky and spoke with both Lynne and Lisa. They asked me to be patient while they “shopped” for us. Today they sent me a quote, which I have accepted, for $35,509.00. Great Company and Great People….. Thanks again.
Katie Dietzel has always been extremely helpful anytime I call or email. She is also very speedy in getting back to me with whatever I have questions on. I was put under a very difficult sitaution by an employee of kaplansky insurance. I worked with them and always paid on time and never had issues. I paid the insurance monthly however BOA sent a single payment a few days later and i then recveive a cancellation notice. When I called my agent Rick Rosenfield to my surpreise he was very uncooperative and failed to properly protect my situation by not intervening and by causing me to have my insurance cancelled. The insurance was paid and they actually have my money however they still cancelled it. When i called the carrier they said to reach back to my agent who never followed up and simply emailed me that now my oinsurance was cancelled and so be it!

Very helpful. Very good communications. Could be a little faster returning voice mails and acting on customer needs but overall very good.
This companies customer service sucks it is the worst place to trust with your business or personal insurance needs they have gotten to big and don’t respect their customers Boo shame on you Mr Kaplansky for allowing your good name be tarnished over profits
I worked with Katelynn and it was the best experience she worked with me every step of the way. She was very responsive, and helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner .
