It’s a pleasure to do business with friendly, but very professional folks who provide excellent customer service. And, it’s a LOCAL agency. I want a personal contact, not an online contact. This agency takes care of me!!!

Rick follow-up with me as I was seeking an umbrella quote and was connected with his office. He was one of the most educated and articulate insurance agents I have spoken with and he had my trust from his initial introduction.

You can tell that Rick has the brain of scientist but the heart of a teacher as he knew his insurance vernacular deeply but took the time to explain everything to me in a way that wa coherent and easy to process.

Unfortunately, we learned early in the conversation that he was not licensed to do business in my state. However, that did not stop Rick from taking a few moment to educate me on the industry and offer his expertise.

If I ever have any family/friends in need of insurance in his area, I will definitely be referring them over to him!
