They gave me a decently priced quote for event insurance via email. Nancy wouldn’t work with me via email and asked I call to purchase – but I couldn’t get ahold of her on several occasions. When I did get ahold of her, she couldn’t process my purchase because the event was “more than 6 months away”, even though it was less than 6 months away. She said she would call me at the beginning of the month to complete the purchase and forgot.
All in all, annoying given that there are multiple, less expensive insurance options that you can now purchase in less than 5 minutes online. I tried to keep it local, but she lost the sale.
