They do not do thorough backgrounds on employees. I reported to HR that they have an employee by the name of Utopia Busch who smokes weed and brags about it and if they drug test her that she will drop dirty. And also has a drug charge on casenet also a pending drug charge and is in a relationship with a know drug dealer. Idk how they would not look into this and have someone with a reputation such as hers represent this company. I think they don’t care and are just all about the numbers.
