Have had them in the past. Rates go up and when you announce that you are leaving them , they say “Why are you leaving us? We could have worked something out. ” My reply was: ” No. You should have had the lower rates or reduction in the first place so I wouldn’t have to look elsewhere.”

Great service and staff

Really inexpensive, I was using USAA and it was 3 times the price and I’m a veteran. Mercury is economical. I have never gotten into an accident so I can’t speak to how they handle that.
