SHOULD BE A ZERO STAR! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD! This is one crooked company! Had my insurance here for a couple years. Never a claim. Always paid early and for a year at a time. They canceled me for a reason I don’t understand. They only refunded me half of my money!!! Prospect customers STAY AWAY !

Wants to charge me for an audit after they were relieved of their services 6 months prior and wasn’t even hired by my company, was hired by a payroll company I had used that went out of business. Had to try to steal money from someone I guess it might as well be me!

Keep trying to cancel my workers comp but you guys keep sending bills that are higher than the last. What crooked nonsense you got goin on there. Con Artist getting all your employees to leave the positive reviews most likely because most of the businesses that deal with you guys hate you. I’m going to tell everyone who comes into our office of your evil ways…hopefully they don’t each want to leave a negative review since you try to take advantage of people.

In april was informed by someone that my business would be undergoing an insurance audit. She scheduled a call back time and sent an attachment. I got busy and missed the call but sent back the audit sheet. Ignorantly i filled it out and did not realise it was for my cpa. June rolls around and i get a call from someone else telling me my account is delinquent (even though they continue to withdraw my work comp payments) and they need a $3000 dollar retainer because of this audit. I tell them no you will not be withdrawing anything from my account. I forward him the email from april with attachment filled out. He acts like everything is fine and someone will contact me for a phone audit. A couple days ago i get another call informing me that the attachment was for my cpa which i forwarded and again was told that i would be contacted for a phone audit no mention of a retainer. Well today they tried to slide through that $3000 retainer on an automatic withdraw, having ABSOLUTELY NO AUTHORIZATION to do so.

This company has a monopoly on the market around here and is run under the belief that you are dependent upon them and have forgotten the fact that they work for you not the other way around. I thought we were supposed to be on the same team but now i see that they could care less about my business or livelyhood.

They will not be missed and i will seek out any of their competitors and gladly give them more money to do the same job. I was an easy customer on automatic withdraw but those days are done. MEM will not get a single cent out of me from this moment on.

Why is it when you pay a bill and they don’t log it correctly you get a nasty letter from Amanda in collections and you try calling her and leave multiple messages she never calls you back ?

Paid down over $1000 and cancelled because shortly after because we were not awarded job. They kept all of our money for fees and penalty. I understand some fee but not over $1000 when we didn’t even have any payroll for that time period. Very poor value and not professional. Surely does not care about clients. We used to have insurance with them for years before.

Zero customer relations, likes to spit out threatening letters with no customer contact or explanation. And buy the time you find an alternative source to help explain price hikes and what there defining as to why. You receive multiple notices. So glad to be done with this business. I don’t mind paying my bills and always have, but the least you can do is to give clients some real interaction while they pay you to insure them. What a joke of a business. Peace out

I’ve had my business workers comp policies here for 9 years. I get consistent top-notch customer service every time I speak with someone and they are always willing to go the extra mile. I have other insurers trying to lure my business from them but I’ve stayed with them because of competitive rates and great service.

Poorly managed company and very expensive. There underwriters are slow at responding to questions or getting a straight answer. When we tried to talk to management or the owners they avoid us. The entry level employees that they make us talk to say we don’t know anything since management is very bad. Avoid at all cost if I were you. Much better nationally recognized companies out there with much more competitive prices.

The employees were very respectful, courteous, and generous. I did some work in this building for a local company, I feel like me and my coworkers were treated as an equal in the worlplace even though we are a separate company.
