I am a new customer with National General Insurance and my experience has been exemplary. The sales person I am working with is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very very patient. He was genuinely concerned that I had the best insurance coverage, based on my needs. I also found the customer service representatives to be excellent in taking care to manage and make sure that whatever issue I called about was resolved to my satisfaction. I have been made to feel that NGIC cares about me as a customer.

National General proved to live up to it’s reviews as the #1 rated RV insurance company. The agent that helped me, Raymond Cox was very professional and personable, answering all my questions.

They would not cancel my insurance until I provided them with a fully executed agreement of sale for the vehicle (which wasn’t being sold, it was being returned to the dealer). This forced me to pay another month while I waited for the dealer to contact the insurance company to let them know they had possession of the vehicle. Then, when they finally cancelled it and sent me a refund check, they deducted a $50 cancellation fee. I would recommend going with ANY other insurance company.

Was asked to provide insurance information for household members over 18 in order to complete the process. I found this to be a nosey way of doing business and very unprofessional. I get it, your trying to gain clients but that’s not the way to go about it! I’m still a customer btw. Couldn’t beat the Value better than all providers I contacted. Thanks. No I didn’t provide information for household members.

This was a worthwhile experience getting a quote that was affordable and beneficial to my family and business partners. It was an awesome great experience and I would definitely recommend this affordable insurance company to anyone.

The call was to check on RV insurance for a new RV. The representative was extremely cheerful, knowledgeable, and polite! The rate she quoted was better than my previous insurer, which I had some expensive disagreements with over a claim. Due to her attitude, I thought to expand the quote. With each item quoted, not only did that quote beat my current coverage, it lowered the original RV quote! Now National General is insuring my RV, my truck, my van, and two motorcycles, and providing me with significant savings!

If I forget to pay my insurance and it cancel National General want report it right away and my tag want be in jeopardy! I love this! I’ve been with National General for years!

Easy to use online tools. Simple to understand. This is what insurance should be. No pushy salesmen trying to get me to buy more. I love it.

The Agency who assist me in signing up for this insurance were very knowledgeable about what is going on in the Insurance Business. I also like the protection that this insurance will give me while I’m driving down the road or just with my family. {Now since I do know a little more about what I’m now into I get to go online and Manager my own insurance, this teacher me how to tell and help other how to get help whenever they might need more of an insurance Plan or just need to get into an insurance Plan that will work for them like this one will.}

My insurance agent is Jessica Simpson and boy can I tell you she was simply amazing to work with. she helped me through every step of the way, made the transaction as easy as possible and was VERY professional. I don’t know how you guys give raises there, or promotions….but she DESERVES it. She is an amazing agent with amazing customer service skills.
