Nothing is easy with them and they are very vague with their information. We have had several issues with them and I have never had to contact an insurance company so many times in my life to dispute bills and figure out what is happening with my accounts. They are lazy and try to get away with as little work as possible. I have to call and make sure things are getting taken car of so i don’t have to overpay on our accounts. The deductible is high enough that you would think you would get much better service and coverage than you do.
I will say one or two of the people I have talked to were kind and very helpful, but a majority of them are lazy and sound like they have no idea what they are doing.
Every month it’s a fight to get prescriptions filled. The problem with healthcare is insurance companies have too much control over it. It should be between the Dr and the patient.
Kristen was very helpful with the serious health issues I’m going threw. Even though she is busy she made time to talk and help with what she can. Thank you.
