This agency is no professional I try to call many times to cancel a policy and Tania answer and hung up the phone, call again and she change her name and ask me no to call her agency again well once you cancel the policy I will stop calling. Customer have the right to cancel any time they want over the phone. You should get more training and learn how to deal with people.
