Recommend Phipps Insurance on Main St Hopkinton! I have all my and my siblings’ real estate properties and cars with Phipps Insurance. I did most of interactions over emails in the past and was easy. I have to get a trailer license plate and Mike at Phipps was very helpful in pointing out what to do, paperwork and even going to RMV for me. All I have to do is to sign the paperwork in the office, in and out a few minutes. He was patient even if I made a mistake on the paperwork. The RMV rejected the paperwork because the seller Lowes did not fill out the certification of origin properly. Instead of telling me to do that, Mike took his time and effort and obtained that signature from nearby Lowes (and Lowes have no idea what needs to be done – which requires his explanation). He went beyond what I expected of an insurance agent. He even called today and let me know to check the spam box (which I missed!) for RMV online payment to finish the process. I am glad he was there for my insurance need when I needed and he sure got my business and deserve yours too!

We have been using Phipps for all our insurance product needs for many years, and I am incredibly impressed with the quality of service we receive. Making phone calls or sending emails about insurance concerns is not the most exciting way to spend my time, however each time I have a question about any of our policies, the team is always quick to respond (most times within the hour, if not within minutes of my email or phone call) and there is always a kind, friendly, and helpful person on the other end ready to ensure all my questions are answered.
I have written a very limited number of reviews, and usually just the bad ones as a warning to other consumers. However, the character of Mike Phipps and quality of his information and services deserves more than a glowing review. To put it mildly, I am a headache and require loads of patience and experience. There is no net gain from me, yet Mike was more than accommodating, helpful, attentive, and patient with me despite being repeatedly (unintentionally) tested. An average person would have simply washed their hands of me. I will forever be grateful for his diligence with the numerous, fine details of my confusing situation which, in turn, has led to me being able to enjoy a particular lifestyle. In short, I required a tremendous amount of effort and time, repeatedly and far exceeding any compensation received, and he handled it all unwaveringly. If you value integrity and working with people that truly have your best interest in mind, Mike Phipps is your person.
