I have been extremely impressed with the customer service of each person I have dealt with at port cities insurance, LLC, two rivers and Erie in regards to a recent car accident – helpful, knowledgeable, compassionate and very kind! Each person I talked with, the first thing they asked “are you doing ok? We are sorry to hear about your accident.”
Every question I had was answered within a day and always so thorough and so friendly.
It’s unfortunate the reason I had to have this experience but the people at Erie have made the experience un-stressful, couldn’t ask for a better insurance company.
I lived in Two Rivers for almost two years. When I arrived, I talked to several insurance companies and I went with Port Cities. They were super helpful all the time, always available to answer questions. They always worked diligently to make sure I had the best policy at the lowest rate possible. Never did they seem impatient, too busy, or annoyed. These people are absolutely the best insurance agents to work with! I have moved from Two Rivers and have since worked with two other insurance companies. I deeply wish Port Cities could just move with me! I miss working with these amazing people.
