They bill me for insurance, they won’t give me my information for pharmacy. Once I get someone on the phone, he said to call back on Saturday so he could give my information to the pharmacist, the call back number went to a scam survey… I am paying for insurance and not getting any coverage.

I have been without a continuous glucose monitor for 4 months now, each time my doctor sends in a prescription, it is denied. There is always some lame excuse, I have jumped thru the hoops and rings of fire, but let’s not do the best thing for the patient. Worthless insurance, if you even want to call it that!
