I really hate writing bad reviews but in this case i feel I have to. This review is based off a health insurance policy.

My mother was trying to get health insurance through the unemployment website and after filling in her info an agent from PAS calls her within 1 minute. While talking the agent (whom i will not name unless i need to) did not provide clear explanations about the policy and kept interrupting during questions my mother had and pressured her to finish the online paperwork quickly. (classic old school sales tactic)

The real kicker is that it was never discussed that the policy was a supplemental policy. He was ADAMANT that she does not download the signature form in order to review it. On the online version of the form the portion stating that this is supplemental policy is not visible but only the signature section was. Hmm.. maybe that’s why they don’t want people seeing the whole form.

After the getting the signed forms in the email and seeing that this was in fact a supplemental policy we tried in vain to contact them via phone, email and text in order the cancel policy and payment. The operator was very short and rude (or having a bad day) and hung up on on us when we tried talking to her the following morning.

I am writing this because we have a large amount of people retiring and starting to look for affordable healthcare options. Our seniors are getting taking advantaged of every day by unethical sales persons looking to make a quick dollar. We can not tolerate this. I HOPE this DOES NOT HAPPEN TO YOUR PARENTS OR FAMILY. Avoid this dealing with this company at all costs and work with an agent directly face to face.

It took close to three weeks for a refund. After multiple calls the last time I called I got my refund the same day, keeping it mind it’s the same man (WILSON) that said he issued the refund precious and I didn’t get. My card should of never been charged. TERRIBLE! IT FEELS LIKE A SCAM!!!!

Do not I repeat DO NOT get a policy from this company. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Will never call you back, only log want they want to and not what is true, and good luck getting money back. I would give no stars if possible

I was told I would receive a membership packet & email. I gave them a payment for my first month’s premium. I never received the membership packet in the mail, nor did I receive the membership welcome email. I did receive the emailed automatic payment authorization form, though. They made sure they sent the way to get more money, but did not send me the information of what I was paying for. I didn’t complete that form because I didn’t receive the welcome packet stating what my definite coverage would be. I told them I didn’t receive the welcome packets emailed and snail mailed. I was told because I would not give them more money they would not send me the membership information. So, as of right now, I do not have insurance and I lost the money I paid them initially. I don’t know if they are a scam company or not, but I certainly do not and would not trust them.

This is a scam. Never got my info in the mail or an email confirming my payment. Waited 23 days! So I am trying to cancel with no luck. Just trying calling any number associated with this company. I have never gotten through. You will sit forever! I also sent an email and waiting for a response. Credit card company can’t help dispute charges until you cancel!! UGH!!!
